I have some really exciting news to share with you today!<\/p>\n
Those of you who are my followers have known me as Life & Executive Coach. What most of you may not know about me is that I like to explore the role communication plays in achieving goals and changing behavior.<\/p>\n
Let\u2019s step back in time for a bit. I went to University of Chicago and, while there, my research interests focused on the meanings of language, how language is used and how people’s behavior may be influenced in a positive way by changing the way we talk.
\nA couple of years after I got my PhD in Linguistics, I have fallen in love with coaching and how people can change. So, in 2019 I started my own practice instead of committing myself to communication. The lucky part was that I discovered that I really enjoy helping people attain goals and create meaningful lives.<\/p>\n
During the pandemic, I was ready to pursue communication again, but I still didn’t want to drop coaching. That got me thinking. How could I do both of the things I loved? What could I do with communication in a coaching session? And, how can I do that to help people create healthy relationships, become inspiring leaders and have less stress in their lives? I wanted to support people to communicate effectively because I believe that the quality of communication determines the quality of our lives.<\/p>\n
That’s when the idea of harnessing the power of what we say (and what we don’t) and coaching people to reframe their interpersonal communication skills came to me.
\nAs of today, my purpose is to help those who want to be change agents by harnessing the power of communication.<\/p>\n
I will work with leaders and professionals who want to improve their interpersonal communication skills and need to create trust, collaboration and motivation in both high-pressure and everyday situations.<\/p>\n
